Who can join?

• Self-employed licensees.
• Self-employed joint licensees.
• Owners of licensed premises.
• The spouse or partner of a licensee.
• A director or partner where the licence holder is not an individual natural person under the provisions or Section 11 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.
• Individuals who are responsible, on a managerial level, for the day to day operation of the licensed premises in which they are employed and are also the Licence Holder.
